PhD Student

I have a degree in Biology (University of Évora, 2004), a Post-graduate in Conservation Biology (University of Évora, 2005). I work in ecology of riparian birds community as bioindicators of the system conservation status.

My main research interests are: Birds as bioindicators of riparian galleries conservation status; Birds as seed dispersers; the impact of exotic vegetation proliferation in riparian galleries. Currently, I am a Doctoral researcher in the University of Coimbra, collaborating with LabOr and School of Biosciences of Cardiff University (Wales – UK).
